Our Policies.
All sessions are non-refundable and will expire within three (3) months.
You will reserve your session(s) through the GloFox App.
If you wish to cancel your session, please do so twelve (12) hours prior to the start of your session. This action will occur in the GloFox App.
Sessions cancelled within the twelve (12) hours period are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
Individuals who decide to not show or cancel their sessions, will forfeit their session.
To join the waitlist, you must purchase a session. If the spot isn’t confirmed, the session credit will be returned to your account for future use. Confirmations for waitlist spots will be sent via email or text, so please make sure you’re subscribed to notifications.
Joining the waitlist is a commitment to attend the session. If you are notified that you’ve been added, the Cancellation and No Show Policy will be applicable.
Payments are accepted through the GloFox App using all major credit cards, unless an alternative method has been agreed upon in advance.
