I was first drawn to Lagree because of how functional and effective it was, but over time I realized it was so much more. It improves strength, stability, and athleticism while engaging both the mind and body. Every session blends challenge with support, leaving you stronger, more centered, and ready to take on life outside the studio. I still get excited watching people surprise themselves with what they can do.
Hi, I’m Quintin or Q! I found Lagree back in 2016 as a client, and by the following year I was certified to teach. What started as a workout quickly became something I truly love — a way to strengthen not just the body, but confidence and resilience too. I’ve now been teaching for over eight years, and now am a Level 3 Master Trainer. I have enjoyed building and watching the Lagree community in Columbus grow.
