This 45-minute Microformer class blends strength and recovery for a complete workout. Begin with 30 minutes of total-body Lagree, building strength, endurance, and deep muscle activation through precise resistance training. Finish with 15 minutes of guided stretching to enhance flexibility, mobility, and recovery—ideal for those who want an effective workout but often skip the stretch. Safe and accessible for all, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and rejuvenated.

This large group, 45-minute class blends mobility, strength, and recovery for a full-body workout. Start with 15 minutes of yoga-inspired mobility to open joints and prep the body. Move into 25 minutes of light weight strength training, building functional strength with controlled movement.
